Tres Hatch MS, CMHC, CertIFS, NCC
MS, CMHC, CertIFS, NCC
As humans, we learn to cope with unpleasant feelings and situations using our
innate strengths and learned behaviors. Despite doing our best those strategies
are sometimes ineffective or unhelpful. The way we try to avoid pain may cause
us distress and create problems that become hard-wired into our identity and
reduce our ability to function and connect fully with others.
As a Level 2, certified IFS therapist Tres Hatch draws on years of experience and
training to help you reclaim confidence in your capacity to be OK, and your
inherent goodness. Together with Tres you can relax highly activated parts, and
increase trust in yourself and others. Working at your pace in a warm, and safe
environment, Tres brings a wide range of skills to help you feel better. Tres treats
individual adults, teens and children, and is the founder of the international IFS
Cooperative.
